Aurum Royal Apartments are investment studio apartments in the heart of the Aurum Resort, the largest family-run holiday complex located in the eastern Giant Mountains. This is the third phase of the construction of apartments within the four-star resort, which is quite unique thanks to the facilities available directly on the premises of the residence.  Each of the 53 studio apartments is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults or families with 2 children.

Variable layout to 100% meet your personal preferences

Aurum Royal Apartments offer standard layouts of units in sizes of 1+kitchenette and 2+kitchenette. However, we also took into account the requirements for larger floor areas. In this case, two units directly connected by a door can be purchased. Such a layout allows you to take advantage of the income from your investment, while using one or both apartments according to your current needs. If you use only one unit, the other one can earn you a profit, but if you are staying with your loved ones, you can use both units connected into one amazing mountain apartment complex.

  • The apartment is intended for personal use for 6 weeks a year, the rest of the weeks of the year the apartment will be rented and serviced by a local service agency.

  • 70% of the rental commission is divided among all owners according to the purchase price of the apartment. 30% is for the service agency, which takes care of occupancy, reception, laundry, wellness, marketing, cleaning, buying small items for the apartments, etc.

  • Facilities such as a spa, fitness centre, swimming pool, saunas, children's playroom, children's outdoor playground and outdoor multifunctional playground are available to you whenever you spend your time at the Aurum Royal.

  • The apartment generates income 365 days a year.

  • A ski room and a bike room are available for the duration of your stay.

  • Owners can choose between a guaranteed parking space or opt to purchase one.

2. You want to go to the apartment more often, but it should make money in the free periods:

  • The apartment is available on the dates you choose. During the period in which you know you will not use the apartment, it is rented and serviced by a local service agency.
  • 70% of the rental commission is divided among all owners according to the purchase price of the apartment. 30% is for the service agency, which takes care of occupancy, reception, laundry, wellness, marketing, cleaning, buying small items for the apartments, etc.
  • You pay a one-off fee every time the apartment needs to be prepared for rental or you just don't feel like cleaning.
  • We've prepared a space for you to store your personal belongings and not have to worry about carrying what you only need on the mountain.
  • The apartment generates income only for the period when it is rented.
  • Facilities such as a spa, fitness centre, swimming pool, saunas, children's playroom, children's outdoor playground and outdoor multifunctional playground are available to you whenever you spend your time at the Royal Aurum.
  • A ski room and a bike room are available for the duration of your stay.
  • Owners can choose between a guaranteed parking space or opt to purchase one.

3. You want to enjoy the apartment and all the facilities for yourself:

  • Facilities such as a spa, fitness centre, swimming pool, saunas, children's playroom, children's outdoor playground and outdoor multifunctional playground are available to you whenever you spend your time at the Royal Aurum.
  • You pay a one-off cleaning fee for the apartment.
  • You can furnish the apartment completely to your liking.
  • A ski room and a bike room are available for the duration of your stay.

Completion dates and possibilities of investment in the construction       

The deadline for completion of the project and handover of the finished apartments is the 2023/2024 winter season; the construction will start in spring 2022.
